Show me your small but “mighty”colored gemstone rings

Here’s my teeny tiny but green as hell emerald.B5504706-E218-4578-9DCA-00EC39CFE9BE.jpeg

If it were a diamond, it might be .35-40 points. But it is literally the most pure green thing, not just emerald, I have ever seen.

Yes! I'm discovering the joys of using the index finger for an extra ring!
awsome !
i think every ring needs a finger
not necessarily all the fingers all at once although if i thought i could pull it off i would :Dbut im only just getting the hang of stacking
everyone shouid rock a ring on their index fingsd

I would gladly rock an index finger ring if those digits weren’t arthritic and slightly bent:-( Instead, I wear bands on my right thumb.

I purchased preloved from a lovely Pser. I even wear them sleeping so comfortablle! So tho tiny, I get compliments! The rose gold setting really enhances these littles!

I love this thread. So many pretty rings. All great inspirations for my small but mighty gems waiting to be set

Mine was 0.66cts, 5.9mm and I got it from:
http://www.embassyemeralds.com/

There was a bit of drama with it initially as when it arrived it had some surface reaching inclusions. One looks like a chip on the girdle and one looks like a chip on the table.

I contacted EE who were quick to respond and offered a range of very fair solutions to the issue. As I live in Australia, postage was going to be a huge issue so I took up their offer of a discount and kept the stone because of the amazing colour.

I had it set and obviously it survived the setting process just fine. I really love the ring and it is one of my most worn ones.

This stone has had a lot of adventures! I had quite an encounter the first time I tried to get it set!

So there you go! That's all there is to know about that one :D

Bonus pic with its big friend!

im.so.sorry you have arthritis
but good on you for rocking those thumbs
why should thumbs miss out on the bling ?
they have to work so hard they deserve their Cinderella moment !

@mellowyellowgirl , is there a better pic of your emerald? I love looking at emeralds, in case you haven’t noticed. Lol!

Wheeeeee I love it when someone gives me an excuse to post pics!!!

Here you go!

It is windowed which normally I loathe but the colour makes up fit it imo.

My little grandidierite. It's small but it packs a punch. I remember ordering it from Brad at The Gem Trader, not really intending to keep it, just wanted a look. When it came the color blew me away.

The top no heat eye clean Vietnamese rubies over perform even the best Namya spinels or rubies from other sources I ever saw. Those pics are made in bad daylight on a very cloudy winter day.

Adding my teeny sapphire and konerupine ring - sits nice and low as the stones are so tiny I don’t have to worry about whacking it!

Gorgeous ring and even gorgeouser puppy! SO SWEET!!! Tell me more!

She is the cleverest little thing! Can do anything/any trick you teach her. She really should have been with someone who was more motivated to train and compete with her.

She's also got a knack for making us feel guilty! We KNOW she's good at this and she's the most spoilt baby ever but we can't help ourselves. She does an excellent solemn "I have been severely mistreated" face.

It's quite common for the family to stand around and feel sorry for her when there really is nothing about her to pity

I was hoping for better news before posting this small but mighty colored stone ring, but Colombia was knocked out of the quarterfinals of the Copa America (men’s) tournament last night :confused2:

I made this ring to wear while attending the men’s World Cup in Russia last year. The gems are 1.75 mm sapphires and a spinel in the form of the Colombia flag (shown in the collage). The ring is tiny so it wouldn’t be a target. Only I can see it. The red spinel out performs the sapphires and I am constantly shocked by the small red stoplight on my hand. The ring is back in its box for another year until 2022 World Cup elimination rounds begin.

Gorgeous!!!

I finally got my tiny but mighty Mahenge spinel set with tsavorite trillion sides. The stones are small but the color of the spinel is the finest I have, and the tsavs are undoubtedly the most saturated I own and even have a bluish modifier. Teeny tiny version of @T L's watermelon ring.
