Also did you ever see my reply to your questions some months ago about my 3 back surgeries? The surgeries, while difficult (well really the recoveries), really helped. My advice post-surgery - walk, get off the narcotics as soon as you are able to and follow discharge instructions to the letter. And be patient with yourself.

I didn't realize you had a new design in the works (life has been super busy the last couple months and I haven't been keeping up with PS threads).
