I LOOOOOVE the new engraving! This ring was amazing with the old engraving and the new engraving is just beyond amazing....so perfect! Great choice, what amazing work.

Thank you so very much @goldenfire

I couldn't resist the raindrops today and took a few pictures of my Rosie in her new cvb_id setting. I have been so busy these are the first plant pictures I have taken. To say I am smitten is a understatement :kiss2:20171124_144705.jpg20171124_144641.jpg 20171124_144145.jpg20171124_144055.jpg 20171124_143750.jpg 20171124_144553.jpg

Very beautiful. Love the look of the platinum. Have seen this in yellow gold but not plat.

Oh @mochiko42 - it's GORGEOUS! So beautiful with your e-ring! And yes - some stats on those beauties pls?

Congrats on this stunning new piece!

That ring is absolutely fabulous. How big is the center stone?

This might be a fun comparison for anyone who is wondering if the antique finish is right for them: my Sophia, before and after antiquing. I wish I had taken more “before” photos.

The antique finish really helps to bring out the pattern in the gold! Really beautiful!

I love your set maryred!

Here is my new spring gulch! It is 8.25mm, 1.37ct, I, I1 (but very clear) with strong blue fluorescence. I chose to not have it antiqued. I like the bright 18k gold against the diamond. I will start a thread for her with handshots next week when I get her! I am just too excited to wait!!!!

Thanks @mrs-b @Queenie60 @whitewave! The OECs are 3.1mm and G/H VS. They match well with my I color ACA even though I don't plan to wear them regularly together. They face up quite white.

@ceg THAT'S an I1??? :eek2: It looks so very clean and bright!! I love it. The Spring Gulch is so beautiful with your round stone.

OH MY I really like the antiquing!! It brings out the details. If stacked with all gold bands it would add a pop of color in the stack. :mrgreen2:

Thank you so much @missy & @Queenie60 I do love it, and so happy I went with something “simple” setting-wise. After several years of various styles & trials (as expensive as those lessons were ) they really helped me to know exactly what would make me happy for the long haul. And I love the diamond - it has *just* enough body color to give her some personality, though in person, she faces up very white for an M.

Here she is with her ‘finger-mates’; thanks for letting me share! And thanks to PS for introducing me to the wonderful world of old cuts & CvB ID!
