Hello. As I try to connect all the pieces towards a final engagement ring I'm looking for some suggestions :) At this point, I find I'm gravitating towards a simple pave setting with milgrain edges and a simple head design. Something similar to this Tacori style (without the crescents along the edges)

In this regards, anyone have suggestions?

Have a great day

Here are a couple that you could take a look at:

Eternity Diamonds has a really neat "try it before you buy it" policy. I believe that they will send you a sample of up to 3 rings that you like so that you can see them in person. That's unbeatable to me (and I'm not a customer, though I may be next time I'm shopping!)

Good luck with your search!

Quite nice options.....Any other thoughts on a simple pave with milgrain?

This setting I've linked to is one of my current faves and is quite delicate like the Tacori in your post. This particular ring doesn't have milgrain but I've seen pics of other rings Michael E has done and he does lovely milgrain work, and any head would work with this setting. I'm planning a colored-gem ring project early next year with Michael E based on this setting plus milgrained edges.
