OMG!!!

*runs into the yard naked and screaming*

*stops self at door to avoid arrest*

*jumps up and down on the couch instead*

HAHAHA! I''m on EST...will you midwest and west coast peeps catch up already so we can dish?!

For some reason, I''m just not a Katee fan... I like Chelsie out of the girls.

For the guys, I''m not feelin'' big personality like Benji had....Josh is amazing, I think versatile too.. Mark is quirky cute

Well it''s over here.

I''m in shock. Bill Richardson is talking about wanting to give NM residents an additional tax rebate. I''m not going to complain about that...

ANYWAY. What did you guys think?

No funky koolaid here

... I promised C that I would go to see Batman with him at midnight...

LOL!!
Will, I will agree has more technical training, but he's just blah to me. He stands out when he dances alone, but he fades into the backround the minute you pair him with someone with a personality. (ie, when he and Josh were dancing in front during the guys group dance, Will definitely dominated)

Also, I think the Twitch is fading into these two's shadow... ("cough, Kerrington, cough")

Anyway... EEEK!!! I was VERY impressed with Comfort's solo. I still thought she didn't have a chance though; and HONESTLY, I thought Gev's solo was great tonight. Why didn't he use THAT one last night. His choreography actually matched the music this time. He could have lasted past Mark.

So glad Kherr went home!! How pissed did her mom look?!?!? haha, ouch...

I guess that was a spoiler after all, eh Freke?

I was surprised to see Kherrington in the bottom two, I thought it would be Comfort and Courtney. I guess I''m not the only one who doesn''t like her.

I think what bothers me about Courtney is the way she moves mouth when she''s dancing, it''s too exaggerated and it''s distracting. I think she''s a talented dancer but the ''mugging'' is a little over the top.

I think Comfort and Twitch or Mark will go next.

Mark is still my favorite, but it''s a telling sign that he was in the bottom two.

Hey Dance Fans ... thought you''d like to see this. Three routines from SYTYCD earned their choreographers Emmy Noms today.

Wade Robson for ''The Hummingbird & Flower'' -- Hok & Jaime?

Shane Sparks for ''Transformers/Fuego'' -- think this was a group number

and

MANDY MOORE for ''Table/Sweet Dreams'' -- Sabre & Neil (I loved this one!!!)

also, Julianne Hough from DWS was nominated for that kissing Mambo with Banana Pants. (At least that''s what I think it was for?)

Discuss ...

The Shane Sparks routine was danced by Pasha and Lauren. If I were a betting man, I would say that the award is going to Wade Robson. However, I have to ask, where is Mia''s nomination for "The Moment I Said It?" It was like the best dance from all of last season.

If Comfort doesn''t leave next week, I''m going to be SHOCKED.

I think you hit the nail on the head with Courtney and her mouth.

You really think Twitch could go next?

Ditto to Comfort and Gev''s solos being fantastic tonight.

Really liked the girls group number by Mia tonight. And Gev''s solo. And Mark''s solo too I guess. Not so surprised about the outcome but - the guys are all so good. Will is the only one I really dislike (though I respect his talent).

Fun to see direct comparisons between girl dancers & guy dancers. I thought Gev was so good in the guy group # ... my eye kept being drawn to him. Do think he''s a unique talent. The girls all seemed pretty equally matched. But I noticed they kept the cameras off of Comfort quite a bit, so maybe she wasn''t as strong in contemporary.

It''s also interesting to see who was carrying who in the votes. Twitch was *clearly* carrying Kherington. And Courtney was carrying Gev. But some of this weeks outcome was an unlucky draw of dances ... Two Step wasn''t gonna be pretty for ANYONE. And YAWN, *another* waltz ... people, people ... stop the waltz madness.

So Kher went home tonight...good. I didn''t want to suffer through another week of her dancing.

Which guy went home?

Gev went home miracles.

Can''t say I was totally surprised....

Oh good. I like being right.

I didn''t get to watch tonight. I''m bummed that I missed a Mia Michaels routine though. I hate to miss her stuff. If it wasn''t for her, I think I would be bored watching those kind of dance style routines.

I concur. She makes those dances much more interesting. She was crying when they cut to her after the dance.

I was glad to see Kherrington go home. Her smiling was driving me insane and she was still doing it as she was being eliminated. I think she would have gone further had she not smiled through so many performances. It came off so ingenuine (is that a word?). After seeing Kev''s solo, I was sad he went, it was really good.

Im so surprised that Comfort is still there.

She only survived because she was able to close the show with a hip-hop routine and Kher was awful last night. Like American Idol, sometimes you are only as good as that nights performance.

I wonder if Kherrington would still be there if the judges hadn''t painstakingly pointed out that Mark had to chase after her hands in all those two-step turns?

The slow-motion recaps they did made it glaringly obvious that she was not doing her job as a partner and was making Mark do all the work, and from what we saw of the choreographers, the two-step looks like a dance where both partners have to be right on the ball and working as a single unit. Any two-steppers out there to confirm/deny?

And can I just say holy mackerel over that very pregnant choreographer whizzing around like a spin top?

Imagine how that would throw off your centre of balance! I feel queasy just thinking about it. Props to her!

Two stepping should be a tight somewhat whip-like movement, it is fast paced and should look VERY fluid. They both did a bad job... but it looked like Mark was trying to play the part more. Kherr looked like she didn't even try to get the movements right.

ETA: The two-step has alot to do with the leader controlling the dance floor. When you don't have a strong leader present it will fall apart and look sloppy like it did. Neither of them had backround or confidence in this type of step, there's no way they were going to master it in one week. I would venture to say no one in this group could have mastered this routine.

I''m getting bored with the show-I missed it last week because I was on vaca and I didn''t really care, this week I was doing stuff with FI and missed it again-didn''t really mind. I might come back to watch it at the last week but I''m bored with it! I''m not OBSESSED with the dances like I have been in the past-except the "Bleeding Love" with Mark and Chelsie. Otherwise, I''m bored but happy to hear Kherrington went home!!

I''m sort of getting tired of the judges sinking their teeth into certain people with the negative comments. Tomorrow is basically more of the same, certain people get tongue bathed and certain people get bad comments. I know the couple pairings if anyone wants to know . . .

I want to know Penn...

I want to know Penn...

Me too! Me too!

Guess Penn isn''t coming back with the big line-up... Anyone have any random predictions about how the night will go?!?

well, we''ll find out soon enough- only a couple more hours! I''m excited. SYTYCD is pretty much the only tv show on right now that is worth watching, for me. Waiting for Comfort to go this week. I was pretty shocked that she stuck around last week.

I want to know Penn...

I''m back, I''m back . . .

Will and Courtney - Samba and Hip Hip

Twich and Katee - Contemporary (Mercy by Duffy) by Mia and Broadway (Sweet Georgia Brown) by Tyce

Mark and Comfort - Hip Hop (Party People by Nelly) and a Foxtrot (I hear this one gets some pretty bad comments, like bad comments that were not really warranted. On the other hand, their hip hop is supposed to be the best of the night.)

Joshua and Chelsie - Argentine Tango and Disco by Doriana Sanchez

You guys are going to have to update me, I''m going out with a friend later during the show, which I didn''t realize until too late, and I won''t cancel on her.

So you''ll have to tell me what dances are fabulous and if I should hunt any down on youtube or whatever...

I enjoyed everything except Josh and Chelsie''s disco number. I don''t care how hard the lifts were, the dancing was horrid.

They want Josh and Chelsie in the final four.

I just tuned in....thank gawd, in time for the Mia routine. Twitch and Katee were awesome. It's hard not to be good with such an awesome routine. It's up there with my all time favorite performances of all the seasons. Excellent use of the door prop.

Freke, you really going to want to look this one up on YouTube.

OMG. Will's solo was the best EVER!!!

Comfort and Mark's Hip Hop routine was one of the best too. I am surprised how good Mark was during that dance.

I thought Josh and Chelsie''s tango was amazing too! I have to say that tonight has some excellent dancing and routines.
I don''t know if I already missed the disco routine they did, but unless they buthered it, it will be an interesting night tomorrow night.
