Comfort was awful in the first routine and she made Twitch look really bad.
Josh is bomb. I loved the first routine with Courtney. That was prime choreograpy.
I''m not even going to comment on the kooky two step country...it was gawd awful. Blasphemous even....Hideous...
I don''t know if Cat thought it was awful too, or if her hair extentions were itching her, because she just kept scratching her head during the judge''s comments.
That''s all I''ve seen so far tonight, so I hope it gets better.

But the routine with Chelsie....loved it. But then again, I love that Otis Redding song, so that may have biased me toward them. I thought it rocked, Chelsie can dance.
I usually love a Tyce routine, but I wasn''t feeling the "Rock the Boat" routine at all. I don''t understand why everyone loved it so much.

Kherington seems like the girl that should go based on the performances. It''s not that she can''t dance, it is more akin to her having lost her focus or something. She totally seemed like a top 6 level girl.
At this point, Katee and Courtney are the two best girls. I know a lot of people like Chelsie, but I don''t, she''s an awful soloist. I just hate ballroom solos, they''re boring. Not to mention that the the way Nigel and Mary and whomever the third judge is seem to like tongue bathe her. So annoying, she''s not that good!
Twitch, Will, and Josh seem like the best bet for the top 6, but I don''t know which two guys will go on to the finale. I will say that Twitch has the Alabama contingent in his favor. Josh has a lot of personality and that is ultimately the reason why people win. Personality and there ability to perform a solo.

Will and Katee were the only two dancers in the top 10 who could have done the pas de deaux. I''m really glad that they were the two who had the honor of working with Desmond Richardson, in my opinion, they are the only two who deserved to and I wonder if it wasn''t so "random" that they did that routine. Josh is powerful and Chelsea is fantastic, but Will and Katee are in another league. Mark''s quirkiness simply can''t make up for his lack of technique and the 3 remaining guys (Twitch, Josh and Gev) are all b-boys. I do think Josh is pulling ahead of Twitch at this stage, though.
The girls are even more lacking, though. Comfort shouldn''t be in the top 10, Kherrington still hasn''t shaken her "dance competition" habits and Courtney and Chelsea are cute and energetic, but wouldn''t be making any splashes in the dance world. I feel *almost* ready to call the Top 4. But it scares me cuz I agree w/Penn that Sara should have gone much further (if not WON) last year. Was soooooo obvious on the finale when she was in EVERY "fave" dance of the season.
Since my credo in picking these things is likability 1st/talent 2nd ... I kinda think its gonna be KATEE + CHELSIE + TWITCH + JOSHUA.
KATEE''s a given. She might really win because America loves an underdog & she almost didn''t make the season (cuz of attitude) - so she can so a real turnaround & be triumphant.
JOSHUA''s a given. He''s almost as good as Will & better than Twitch but manages to be humble & charming & buck & ghetto & manly & graceful & fluid & latin & suave & dominant. He''s a true chameleon in a way I''ve never seen on the show before (except KATEE). Like Courtney said adoringly: "He''s a MAAAAAAANNNNN". And who can resist that big grin o'' braces?

Darn it, why am I stuck on the East Coast where it ends first!
Josh is great, but Will is trained to the T--the man could dance if the only thing he could use was his fingertips! Josh is definitely the best of the breaker boys, though.

It''s funny how subjective these things are because I think he gets into character more than any other dancer on stage, but in a real (non-cheesy) way. I''m admittedly drawn to quieter dancers, though. I think they bring more to the stage, which is why Katee, Josh and Will are my favorites--they''re the most subdued off stage (from the few minutes of editing I get).

I LOVE Will-he is just sooooo good. I agree that he doesn''t ooze personality, but I think that''s part of what makes him so good. Every time Twitch is up there, I see Twitch. But every time Will is up there, I see whoever he''s supposed to be in his dance. I also love Katee!

ETA: Good point thing2. He can take over whatever personality he needs to. I think I prefer dancers who inject their personalities on the dance instead of taking the personality from the dance or the choreographer.
I love that Mark dances to the music on his solos. Sometimes it seems like some of the dancers choreographed their solos before choosing music, or just come out and don't dance to the music. And it doesn't hurt that he just oozes personality...
