Well, I've given myself a good talking to, and have to be honest. I don't have the time, patience, or knowledge (or money!) to dabble in diamonds. Finished pieces? Absolutely! But loose stones? Nope. So it's time to set these little babies free. I've only had them for a month or so, but I know myself, and I know they're going to sit unused for months or years because I keep changing my mind about what I want to do with them. That's kind of a problem since I'm very much an instant gratification kind of girl!

So, I'm selling the entirety of my diamond hoard -- yes, all four stones! ;) I'd much rather see them put to good use than sitting in my jewellery box while I jump from 5-stone ring to studs to pendant and back for the next 8 years.

DB listing: http://diamondbistro.com/category/2...OECs-+-1-trannie-(90-cttw-2-pair-parcel).html

I think these would be FANTASTIC sidestones in a five-stone ring, especially if you already have a centre stone!

Parcel consists of 4 stones and is approx .80 cttw.

Pair 1: .52 cttw

Bought as a matched pair. Stones face up white and bright (H-J) and are clean under a 10x loupe. One is an OEC (4.05mm) and one is a trannie (4.1mm), so they have different faceting patterns and crown heights, but are small enough that the differences aren't immediately obvious to casual viewers. In excellent condition. (It's worth flagging up that this is the pair I bought from Dreamer and the different faceting and crown heights may bother you if you're bothered by anything other than an absolutely perfect match.)

Pair 2: approx .28 cttw

Originally sidestones in an antique 3-stone ring, so these are matched very nicely. Face up white (matching the larger pair) and clean under a 10x loupe. 3.31mm and 3.32mm. In great condition -- there's a small nibble on the edge of one of the stones, which is pointed out in one of the pictures.

All shown in temporary earring settings for picture-taking purposes -- these will be removed prior to posting.

VIDEO AVAILABLE: http://youtu.be/QtV133EWo2A

Asking $950 for the parcel, including postage. Reasonable offers considered.

Delivered via Fedex International Economy to non-UK addresses. Recorded delivery to UK addresses.

Payment via Paypal and delivery to verified addresses only.

Please ask questions as I consider this a final sale.

No message on DB yet -- can you resend it? :))

Just to update -- I've had several queries re: selling the pairs separately. Am happy to do this and have messaged those who have asked.

I don't know why my messages aren't going through, although I'm on my iPhone. That may be what is holding me up.

 Thanks! Wouldn't that be an awesome job??!

To update -- there's been a lot of interest in these, but they're all still available. I have two people who've offered the same price to buy the lot but with different terms, three people who want the larger pair, and two people who want the smaller pair, but no one has committed to buy them yet.

If you were the first person to ask about buying the larger pair or the smaller pair (you'll know in the reply I sent you), please let me know if you want to proceed. ;)

Re: 2 pairs loose stones -- .52 cttw OEC/trannie & .28 cttw

damn you had my wheels turning last nite about finding a 4.5mm and making a 5 stone lol!!!

too bad that it's so freaking expensive to custom make a setting like that and that the only 'stock' graduated 5 stone settings take 6mm, 5mm, 4mm!

and let's face it, i really want a 2ctw 5 stone.

i am sure you will sell those puppies fast!!!!

They're still available -- nothing to say you can't use these in a 7-stone ring! :naughty: ;)

Blargh. Apparently I'm not getting all of my messages via DB and some people aren't getting my replies. I've replied to every message I've received, so if you're waiting to hear from me and haven't, please try via eBay **edited by moderator. please do not post personal contact information on the forum per our policies**

The eBay listing,if anyone would rather contact me there: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120908031520?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 (Don't buy them there, though --- they cost more to cover eBay fees!)

Re: 2 pairs loose stones -- .52 cttw OEC/trannie & .28 cttw

sale pending. . .

Re: 2 pairs loose stones -- .52 cttw OEC/trannie & .28 cttw

These are still sale pending but, um, the buyer has pointed out that I can't add. These are .80 cttw, not .90 cttw! Have asked the mods to update the original post, just in case.

52 + 28 = 80
52 + 28 = 80
52 + 28 = 80
