Ellen, your stone is so beautiful and equally beautiful now that it is set in that gorgeous ring of yours. I bet you could just stare at it for hours.

linda

Thanks all!

And yes, it seems like a very photogenic stone. I was puzzled at first, because I'd read how hard gems are to photograph, yet I "seemed" to be getting nice shots. I wonder if it's because it's a lighter colored stone?

Ellen - That ring is absolutely gorgeous. That is the perfect example of "less is more". The stone is the star of the show and doesn''t need anything other than that gorgeous Leon setting to show it off. It looks beautiful on your hand.

Wear it in good health.

Ellen, it''s just a gorgeous, GORGEOUS stone!!!!! I absolutely love it, sigh. There''s just something about the color and brightness of aquas that I just love and yours is now perfect. YUM!!!!!

Well, give me a "D" for DUH.

I DO remember that on some cellular legal...the note you posted about your grandmother''s rocker got me all choked up.

So I don''t know what part of my brain that thread ended up but definitely not in my ''short term memory'' that''s for sure!

Thanks for the reminder. And yes, it is STUNNING and the setting is to die for!

Congrats

holy moly! that thing is beautiful.

i LOVE naked stone pictures!!!!!!

This one is my favorite!!! I love the color in it and the crown looks so chunky (in a good way) and beautiful.

And thank you all for your lovely comments, my ring is blushing!

Skippy, it was and it wasn''t the same color. It didn''t have anywhere near the range of color it has now. I was told (by someone on here) it would lose some color in the cutting, but I definitely don''t feel it did.

Nice photo shot. It''s a lovely stone and it''s going to look great set.

Thank you innerkitten! Actually it''s already set, there''s a link to the ring on the first page.

lol I can't tell if you're kidding me or not. Now I'm confused.

But in case you're not, the loose Aqua is inbetween my first two fingers, under that blob of white light, you can't see the stone. (but you can see a light ray of fire coming off it to the right of my hand)

Ah! I was over on the left, with the blue fire coming off of your diamond! Gottcha! Wow-ee! Are you allowed outside during the day with those suckers on? Have you blinded any pedestrians yet?

It was Richard Homer Holly, and yes, he is that. Thank you!

Stunning aqua!! I love it!
Love the simple yet elegant setting.
Congratulations on such a lovely piece of jewelry.

How did it feel in your hand before it was set? Was it heavy like a big marble?

Vivian, thank you! And didn''t you have a SE Aqua also? Did you ever set it? (sorry if I''m confusing you with someone else)

LS, it actually wasn''t heavy at all.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous stone!!!!

Aw, thank you Gwen!

And just think, if she changes that date one more time, you might be done already!
