Oh just realised I already had this saved on Instagram. Love the moody rose cut halo! Agree one of us needs to get it - fit for a mermaid princess (we must have some mermaid princesses around here? :wavey:).

I'd love to see it in person as I've a feeling the photos/video doesn't do it justice.

I don't need this but it's hard not to buy when it's a good price, your size, and is pretty!

Not to enable, but I'm totally going to enable! That's a lovely band for the price. Not to mention, a piece of history.

Dammit @lala646 !!! You talked me into it. The engraving on the inside charmed me as well.

I’m so glad. It’s beautiful and I love when a piece is engraved with personal details. So romantic.

Yay!! I love engraved pieces. You get to carry the memory of those people forward. :)

Apologies in advance to @Catmom for introducing this temptation:

Now you STOP that!!!!! I'm on a time out remember? Plus my Mr. Octopus is having a vacation at the spa and getting a good going over to make sure all the stones are good. I'm missing him tremendously. You are not helping.

Got it today and the date inside is Sept 1 1920. It’s cool that it has the design that sticks up or is 3-D (not sure what to call it):

Ohhhh this is gorgeous

Holy smokes, that engraving is amazingly crisp for 1920’s @Mreader! Amazing find!

I thought so too and I hope that what is I’m reading is accurate. Bc it says ‘20. (apostrophe and then 20). The company labeled as antique. So it’s either in great condition or 2020 and thus a divorce ring. Eek!

I don’t think it’s a divorce ring, I looked at the listing and it looks like it has a bit of wear to it, the stamp (to me) looks period appropriate.

I have an eternity ring that is definitely old but the engraving on the side is near perfect. So that makes me think that whoever had yours didn’t wear it much maybe or took very care of it.
