2 carat French cut anyone?

OMG, will someone pleeeeeease buy this gorgeous, amazing bracelet! 100+ years old, 18K, 28 grams, stunning engraving. Makes me think of @PreRaphaelite, even though I'm not sure it would fit into any of her well-curated capsules.

That is really fantastic @lala646, what a fabulous bracelet!

You will have to do the dreaded “DM for price” but this was just posted in stories:

One more for today. How about this converted to a pendant?

Very simple band but 18k and great price. I am also curious if anyone is familiar with that hallmark. It’s a size 7.

My Christmas list.

That’s right, my entire Christmas list.

So excited… I thing hubby is considering it! He promised me I could “wear it all the way to the poorhouse!”

Check this out, @StephanieLynn , from Ebay
It's an illusion ring style necklace. I have never seen anything like this before!
It looks like a custom piece. Maybe someone re-arranged their ring!

That is lovely. :)
More and more people are having custom pieces created for their jewellery.
It's always a delightful surprise and fun too to find a jewellers or shop online that creates custom designs or has designs from way back in the 50s for precious jewellery.
You should see the ring my Mother had custom made with an emerald and diamonds.
Going to post a photo of that ring here when I can take a good photo. :)

Super good prices in my size range though I really need 5 or 5.25. Please let me know if you ever find a two toned one because that’s what I want!

I would love one myself, but they seem to be as rare as hen's teeth.

I know! And I love that expression my mother used to say it. She had so many expressions.

@Mreader saw this on Etsy today and thought of your post! size 5.25,

Two tone band size 6.5 if you don’t mind 10k:

Wow thank you! I was mainly looking for one where parts of the band are gold too (like the flowers gold, rest of band white or vice-versa) but this one is really tempting me!

where do you stand on vintage unaltered/authenticity?

ive entertained the thought of if jeweler could plate yellow or white flower areas on a opposite single metal band to get the two tone effect. if the band was not that expensive in the first place, that is.
or finding a two toned one that the engraving is almost worn away and getting it redone, also if it weren’t initially being sold at a premium already.
i know we all differ in what to keep unaltered vintage

i would be tempted to plate this ones flowers yellow or pink gold, if it can even be done? Like painted on? And look nice?

But I think, really, this one edging near 400 is probably more than I’d care to experiment this way on.
Having a two tone band replicated (and not even via the old stamping method) wasn’t cheap, either. Mine was over 1k.
The really pristine period era two tone ones go for even more than that though.

That is an interesting idea. I haven't thought of that before. I don't feel a real sense of urgency; more like if the right thing comes along. I like the one Paisley posted but the details aren't as crisp...anyway just always keeping my eyes peeled!
