I would not have too much space between the top of the drop and the stud, but that is just my taste.

No ban on gemstones. Btw, DF called me as he was walking past Graff this morning to describe a pair of earrings. Sheesh.

My three are small -- largest is 6 x 8 I believe so... not very pink at all. Looks like a H-I colored diamond-- only with a pinky tinge instead of a yellowy one. I was contemplating getting a big one... but really wanted three little toys instead of one.
