Sparkly''s Winter Wedding

We are back and married, happy and settling in.

A million things went "wrong" but the day could not have been more perfect!
Dan got injured a week before the wedding (severely) and that created huge anxiety for the flight home/ceremony.
We had to fly home on Friday for our SUNDAY wedding (and get our license on Saturday- so no delays were possible)- we luckily got through it ALL without delays (every flight before and after us were delayed! ahaha) we flew with our dog, so that was EXTREME anxiety (in the cabin with us)- we almost missed our flight..etc!

The day of the wedding a HUGE snow storm was called for, so a lot of people did not come because of the distance and fear of getting stuck BUT the minister made it, and my immediate family and some friends! lol

Anyways, it was so personal, and beautiful. I BARELY got through the vows...I cried and could barely talk (I made the minister repeat a million times, and my loud loud voice was nothing but a whisper throughout) everyone was crying..haha.

These were my BM''s gift.
You can see the scarves I made them, the house coat, the slippers, the little mirrors, and the personalized jewelry & engraved water bottles! I also wrote each tear jerking letters!

I love this picture, because we had just been outside for 45 minutes (it was freezing out) doing our bridal party pictures- and we couldn''t feel ANYTHING - anyways so the result is some very smushed noses! haha

Big big hit (if you knew me personally, you''d know how "me" this is- even husband could not deny the cake! haha) it was super yummy too! (red velvet & buttercream)!

This was my best friend who is a solo artist- he played one of his songs called Be Mine. Oh my...(it was fairly new, and I had never heard it before but he told me it was the perfect song...) as soon as I heard it walking down the aisle- I was a ball of tears.

Our photog took over 1000 photos! haha she''s been amazing at how quickly she''s been giving them back to me!
I love them all so much, and I was BEYOND relieved we had snow for the wedding (3 days before the wedding the city had STILL not had an ounce of snow) I was beyond excited!

Apparently we were!!! I love the rest of the pics too... AND the winter wedding! If I didn''t want so desperately to be the third generation in my family to marry on the same day, I think I would have LOVED to have a winter wedding. The snow looks so gorgeous!!
