Does anyone else miss those Aluminum trees from your childhood? My grandmother always had a 7ft aluminum tree with red glass ornaments. I also remember the all white trees with colorful ornaments. I'm dating myself but are the aluminum trees missed by any of you? Maybe I'm just sentimental because I had such amazing Christmas memories at my grandmother's home.

Haha, I remember those! My parents were VERY understated about Cmas, so we had one of those fake, non-flammable plastic trees. When I moved out, my roommate had a silver tree with light blue ornaments - it looked like the entire thing was made out of tinsel! I thought it was over the top at the time, but I kinda like it now. Last year I even one of mini, 2ft silver trees for my kid's bedroom - they're so much fun to decorate with mini ornaments!
