The three stone is an addition instead of a replacement. I do find myself wearing it more than my solitaire right now, but I think it’s a combination of it being new and sentimental plus set lower and easier to wear around the house. (And I haven’t been going anywhere other than the grocery store for forever now) My princess is set maybe just a couple millimeters higher than the rounds, but it’s just enough that it gets knocked more easily when I wear it at home. So it’s staying nice and safe for now.

I put away my engagement type rings that I’m either selling, trading in, or resetting...I decided to wear this stack today...AV emerald cut unmentionable with my Tiffany channel band and Simon G sapphire channel band. I love a gap!

Thank you! She is a moody little thing, looking different in seemingly every light. My husband gave me the stone for Christmas 2019; it’s .38ct, VS2, K faint brown. My jeweler had the setting made with Overnight mounting, then generously gave it to me as a Christmas/thank you gift. 2020 ended up being a big jewelry year for me and she really appreciated us shopping with her, especially considering how hard everything has been for small businesses. I just about cried.

Anyway, a few more pictures showing how different the color looks and how it pairs with a couple other bands.

Never before have I felt the need to say anything about my dry hands but y’all, just look past them. All this hand sanitizer is killing me. Turning into a reptile over here.

Thank you! It’s a 1.84, N, VS2 OMC. The two side diamonds are old miners from my grandmothers ring which I think match perfectly with it. The setting is a replication with some minor tweaks of a Victor Barboné engagement ring I came across.

I was feeling a bit guilty about leaving my engagement ring off so often that I stacked it with my new heart just for fun. I kind of like it like this though!
