Stack of the day thread

The best thing I ever had made for myself, was a matching pair of seed pearl bands. Just love them. White gold, no rhodium dipping, I wanted them to look old. Todays rhr stack are the seeds. The other is the left. Keeping it simple bling today..very unlike me lol.

I got this awesome CVB Jane band from @peppermintpatty. It goes with everything. She and I have the same taste and wear the same size so I stalk her preloved posts! Shown with SS Makayla, CVB rose cut, and antique cluster (Sako).

I love your stack! I stalk your preloved posts too! I got my Makayla band a couple of weeks ago. I love it!!! So glad I saw your pictures. looks great on both of you! How are you cleaning it with the oxidation so that it maintains and doesn't get damaged?

All of them are just beautiful! Love the seed pearl and ruby/ diamond band combo! Makes the rubies really pop!

Thank you! The antique cluster and the Makayla band are silver over gold so I don't worry about the oxidation. If it ever starts to look silver instead of black, I can put it near a hard boiled egg and it will oxidize in a few hours. I don't know how long the pave eternity band will stay black. It is my first piece with black rhodium. I have been cleaning the ring with dawn and a soft toothbrush but not as often as my other jewelry. I expect the black rhodium will wear similarly as white rhodium and may have to be replated every few years.

I have only worn my ring once so I haven't cleaned it yet. Gussie has and I see she has responded to your question. Sorry I am not more helpful. I'm sure I will do what Gussie is doing. I might use a soap more mild than Dawn.

Thank you! I am pretty obsessive about cleaning, guess I will try dawn and warm water to clean oxidized silver, I have just never had any until now.

Do you have any suggestion for a soap more mild than dawn that you might try?

Yesterday. From base of hand: VC alternating French cut band, CvB Norah 4.7 carats with modern round brilliants, VC single cut bright cut pave. (I felt like being over the top).
