Stack of the day thread

I am thinking about adding a white gold twist band at the bottom. What do you all think? The one pictured is thicker than what I'd buy. I'm considering a David Klass twist band.20180723_230819.jpg

Go for it! I just bought a Klass twist 10k 1.5mm I really enjoy it, it sits perfectly with my solitaire and I love the feel of it.

Thank you! It’s a great combo to wear and comforting to have something from each of them wrapped around my finger! Something I never expected, though. I am very sentimental about the jewelry I have received.

Is this band rounded on the inside? If so does it fit a bit looser than it's size? How does it fit compared to your other bands? I have a comfort fit band and it's a bit looser than other rings that size. I am unsure of what size to order since it's probably rounded and it's very slender north/south. Thanks!!

It's not rounded on the inside. The twist pattern is consistent across the inside and outside of the band. It fits exactly like the size. It's about 1.5mm wide and a little shy of 1.5 thick. The engraved band is a 6. It's about 2mm thick and you can see that it doesn't line up perfectly but it's close.

The channel band/solid band are 5-5.5, about 2mm thick and it stacks up a bit more flush.

If the band is loosely fitting then might be worth it to get a 2mm version or have a small gap in thickness. Hope this helps!

THANK YOU!! This was very helpful. It explains some of the problems I am having matching various rings. It's both a size and thickness issue.

WHAT size is your twisted band? You gave me all the other band sizes but I missed this one. Thanks.

Very modern Yellow and White, but I can barely bend my hand. Super Chunky! Total of 13 mm.

Yep. I’m all about the middle finger rings nowadays.

This pretty little carved band snuck into a parcel that Caysie sent to me for a surprise visit to see her sisters, rivière and bailey!

She sort of looks like the CVB Papillon band, but I’m not certain of her identity yet. Hopefully her creator will get back to me soon and tell me a bit more about who she is and why she’s here! She looks to be unplated WG...
 
I feel like I'm missing the stacking gene, yet keep trying! I recently won an ebay auction for a Tiffany & Co. platinum knife-edge band for $112 (HOLY), and it matches my WF e-ring perfectly. So I thought I'd wear it as a spacer? But I don't even know if I like the look. I suppose it will keep my e-ring from getting chewed up.
