Stack of the day thread

Sent my engagement ring to be reset so I’m wearing this stack. My 5 stone is normally my RHR so there’s 2 bandaids back there lol

I loveeeeeeee that 5 stone! We need deets!

I got something like this (there is a variety of different ones on Amazon that are slightly different) for my RHRs that I also like to wear on my left hand and they’ve worked out great for me!

Oh, I love it too! I have an ouroboros tattoo, I may have to add this to my collection!

Ooh, I bet the tattoo is metal! I love the ouroboros symbol. I'm actually waiting on a two headed snake kinda-boros band, currently. I'll be sure to post it when it gets to me!
That 'til death band is amazing! And the five stone! And the...just all of them.

OH! thank you - the bandaids definitely arent working well! LOL

The five stone original appraisal says "Victorian year 1875 - year 1899" 18k originally set with four G colored 2 carat total of OECs ...and a square natural emerald in the center.

I had my grandmother's 1.03 carat solitaire transitional diamond ring from 1939. The shank was worn so thin from her daily wear it couldn't be worn without a rehab, and it was a solitaire, so I didnt like the look of a diamond solitaire on my right hand with a diamond solitaire on my left.

I removed the emerald from the 5 stone and replaced it with my grandmother's diamond. So now it's 3 carat TW, 18K. The center is my grandmother's transitional H color diamond. The 4 diamonds on either side of center are OECs, G color approx 1/2 carat each with 4 tiny rose cuts in between to make it look like all diamond.

I struggled with ripping apart the original antique ring, but now it's a very sentimental ring i wear almost daily, instead of a diamond solitaire sitting in a drawer.

Thank you for asking about it! I am so honored I have my grandmother's diamond.

Wow what a tremendously sentimental piece!! I think it was brilliant how you replaced the center stone to turn it into a heirloom piece. It looks amazing! Wear it in good health!

The ring is simply gorgeous @Kim N! Your days of DSS are gone - or surely should be - lol!
It must be so sparkly in real life; enjoy its beauty every day!!

Thank you so much for your kind words, MissGotRocks, and my DSS is indeed gone--lol!

Yes! IMHO white and rose go really well together.

Hi, @Lakefront ! I couldn‘t find an emerald band slim enough for my liking; so I had David Klass make one for me in my preferred width and cut. The French cut emerald stones are 1.3mm and overall width is about 1.6mm with a height of about 1.7mm. I also had the sides engraved. Below are DK‘s photo of the ring for reference. Thanks so much for liking it! :D

I know this is an old post but did DK source the stones for you?

It's this little band, but I've added milgrain around/changed the eyes (emerald/alexandrite) for the kids and asked for a matte finish. I ended up going with 14k yellow. I'm really hard on my rings and you can see the damage on the bottoms of my 18k and up rings :/. I waffled with rose, but then, I wear mostly yellow.
It's just so cute and it was very reasonable so you really have no excuse. :lol:
It ships on Monday and I hope it gets to me by the end of the week.

0.51 carat Whiteflash ACA, set in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter;
2.7mm ruby and diamond bezel eternity from the Raphael Collection, set in London's Hatton Garden;
2mm 18K D-profile wedding ring, worn down to 1.9mm by 35 years of marriage.20221117_095605.jpg20221117_095605.jpg20221117_102415.jpg

In reality the rubies look a much richer red, although with a background pinky tone. (It's time to get a new phone and phone camera.)

Ha, enough already!
Since I've put this little snickety snack band everywhere else so that it's become obscene, I might as well leave it here too. For consistency, you understand :lol:

Today I’m wearing my A Cut Above with both a Tiffany knife edge band as a spacer and a 7 Diamond Tiffany embrace shared prong band. I love that I have more options with a simple solitaire. It’s nice to have options. 2E50DFFF-2E7C-47CC-A16C-9A72D3CE7A6C.jpeg

Is this solitaire setting new for you? I really love it paired this way!

Thank you. I’m loving it too. It’s a setting DK made but he is remaking it bc the prongs didn’t come out right. I wanted tab prongs. He told me to wear it until he makes the new one.

Halloween stack! I’ve just accepted my nails will always look a wreck working in a bakery, can’t even wear clear nail polish.

Anyways, to anyone who celebrates, may you have more treats than tricks tonight!
