Stuller''s jewelry

I ordered (through a jeweler) a blue sapphire from Stuller''s. The stone turned out to be darker than I liked. So I returned it. The jeweler said that there wasn''t any stones of the size I specified that were of a better color. He said Stuller''s was the best. He had exhausted his recources in locating a stone. (I think the jeweler may be inexperienced.)

I checked out Stuller''s website. They have different kinds of jewelry. Browsing their website helps me to get ideas about jewelry I want.

Does anyone know of any other places like Stuller''s where jewelry can be sourced? I know there are a lot of knowledgeable people out there.

Pala Gems sources stones. In addition a lot of online sellers have no questions asked return policy so that you can look at the stone for a few days and then return it if you don''t like it.

stullers is good for settings not so good for stones.
Your better off finding a stone first then having it mounted in a stuller setting.
