Don't forget Chaco's! I have a pair of Z2's and they are the most comfortable things on the planet! Very cute too - I get tons of compliments on them, and they've got enough support to go hiking through the Nebraska sandhills for a day!

ETA: Chaco has a lot of heel-strapless sandals too - Z/rivatives, and some cute fashion sandals in addition to the Performance sandals (like Z2 above).

I also really like Bass shoes...even better if there''s an outlet by you, there''s usually a good deal to be found on some nice, comfy sandals that you can dress up or down.

I am another Clarks fan and also just discoveredAerosoles after seeing them in Oprah''s magazine and realising they now look cute not frumpy!

I love Zappo''s but must.... stay.... away.......

If you really want to wear the cute but uncomfortable shoes, you can sometimes stop the blisters by using Foot Petals products. I''ve had some luck with the strappy strips. Here''s the link.

I am, well, what some might call a fashion-victim.  Self-admitted!  It''s fine!  Whatever...  I have over 40 pairs of shoes, all of which are vintage, designer, or otherwise ADORABLE but UNCOMFORTABLE.  Unfortunately, I live in a hot city, and I have worked in a couple of different jobs where I''m on my feet all day (in boutique, as a high school teacher) and somehow, at the ripe old age of 20-something, this never-been-pregnant girl''s feet have SPREAD and GROWN-- almost a FULL SIZE!  Those 40 pairs of shoes?  Most of ''em I can even wear anymore!

My latest solution? Crocs.  They are cool, comfortable, hygienic, and, I think, kinda'' cute.  I like all the colors, too.

Come on, anything that looks good on both football players...

And Sorority Girls...

...will look good on anyone, IMO!

No one has mentioned the best sandals known to man......http://www.rainbowsandals.com/.
The premier leather sandals are wonderful. After wearing them for a week they mold exactly to your foot and they are extremely comfortable. I used to wear Reefs, but once I found these I''ll never go back.

Birkenstocks are comfy but may not be your style.

I just ordered a pair. Cutest things. The straps are leopard print with peach roses. I've never worn Birkenstocks before but have heard so many good things that when I saw them on QVC, and the price was right, I thought "why not?". I even have a 30-day return policy if I don't like them.

Okay, this thread is NOT good for those of us who are impulse shoppers!!!

I want them all!!

......so I thought I''d throw out another name -- I don''t think anyone has mentioned good old Easy Spirit shoes yet -- c''mon, you remember "Looks like a pump, feeeeels like a sneaker!!" But seriously, they have come a long way over the years and have many cute options that are also quite comfy.

Just had to add my opinion on the Crocs. These are by far the MOST comfortable shoe I have ever worn. My college daughter had a pair and insisted that I try them. I now own 5 different colors and only wear these. Fortunately, my dress code at work is casual, jeans and t-shirts/sweaters, so these are perfect for me. My co-workers used to make fun of them, but all it takes is one walk around the office in them and they are sold! They mold to your feet and are perfect for anything. I wear them all year round. It''s worth checking out their web page, there are so many colors to choose from though, that''s the only tough part!
