Well, I have never been there but it is lovely.

Could you do some of the photos in b and w? Or, do them b and w but with color added to things, like the roses...I think that would be so great looking. Of course get all the ones in color, but I would pick out some really special ones and do them in the black and white with the hand tinting. I have done it to a couple of photos and I loved the look...
