I''m not wearing it in that photo... it was taken when I bought the dress. Have a fitting next week so I''ll come back with more pics WITH the underpinnings.
Mine is a little snug and it''s not moving anywhere. I like that it has several rows of hooks so you can probably tighten more if you need to. And I think you could totally wear the spanx under it. I am wearing a waist cincher under mine. And yes, I''m getting used to it! Had it on for about 4 hours yesterday without pain!! woo hoo! (I think it''s stretching out a bit, but that''s ok.)
