This is amazing! Does anyone know a source for various chalcedony lozenge colors for use in a pendant like this? The Art Deco onyx/white gold filigree/oec diamond thing is fairly common, but paler pastel dyed stone would be awesome.

Anyone? Bueller?

Curious why you think so...the ring is advertised as Victorian, and I would think it would be difficult to fashion an oval-shaped cutlet from a round, but I'm no expert!

actually it was most likely a cushion at one point in time, I don't believe they actually cut ovals diamonds in that time period.

I agree! I'm re-setting the cushion from my halo ring into a YG setting in a few months!! It will be somewhat similar to Erica's (from LAD) in that it will be a 3-stone in two-tone gold --->CVB's gorgeous Victorian Maria setting! The sidestones will be pretty special, but I don't want to announce the specifics here just yet.

Very pretty! I need more photos of this.
You really cannot see much of the opal (just the profile which is ooh la la) but more of the setting which is super pretty. We need more photos of the opal and its colors.

Thank you. Yes it is very pretty. But it is mainly blue and green so while it is super pretty I think it might be over priced. IMO.
