Swoon...Instagram stalking

I’ve been stalking this 3-stone emerald and oec beauty ever since they posted it! Pleeeease someone buy it and put me out of my misery. I’ve been inundated with vet bills for not one, not two, but three dogs all at once so this dream is out the window but if I’m not gonna get it, a fellow PSer needs to!
