I am probably the odd one out but I personally prefer the tie in the full length shot or #3 that you posted with your shoes. They all look nice but those ones spoke to me.

Neatfreak''s DH wore chucks as well, right? I think its a great look! I love pinstripes too. Nice work putting together the look!

I love it!!! My FI and his boys are wearing super traditional black tuxes with bowties and cummerbunds, but I sort of envy the look of pictures where men choose vests like this, or light suits.

If we ever get married again (

), we''ll totally do it on the beach with less traditional garb, haha.

I was going to say the middle tie, but after seeing the pics, I think I like that one AND the first one the same. The OCD in me likes the solid blue one better, because his vest/pants are already striped. But something about the black in the first tie seems to tie it all in and make it a little less formal. Hmmmm.... haha no help, huh?

I also like Gwen's idea combined with yours, about maybe dress shoes for the ceremony then the chucks and loose vest for the party... if you did that, then I say solid blue tie all the way.
