The look. I would rather worry about hitting stones than give up the timeless look. the classic has too much metal Compared to timeless. I’m super picky about my bracelet settings. The classic actually changes the look of the diamonds to my eyes. They look squarish in the classic and makes me focus on the whole bracelet versus the beauty of each individual round ACA.OP, sorry to threadjack…..This is interesting that you all prefer the Timeless! Tell me why? It does appear to sit lower, so that’s great. The Classic looks to protect the stones more. I too like the rounded look, but would worry about hitting the bracelet and damaging the stones. I’d appreciate your thoughts!

If price is comparable, WF all the way! My understanding is that if your bracelet is ACAs, you could upgrade it in the future, which is an added benefit.
Add me to the votes for the timeless setting. I like the way each stone is subtly rounded and defined, versus the line of bling look of the classic. I also like the four prong security of the timeless setting versus the stock three prong setting.
No, bracelets are not upgradable or eternity rings.
Dang, really? Even if the stones in the bracelet are ACAs? I thought ACAs were always upgradable.
Timeless for sure. My bracelet is the Classic style. I wish I had know about PS before buying it!
Hi!!! Nice project! I absolutely would wait on Whiteflash ACAs!
The Timeless is my choice. (I was one of the people begging them to add some 4 prong settings! ) I also think the Timeless setting is a little lower than the other one, and that's another advantage to me.

Only the graded single diamonds can be upgraded. The small melee ones cannot be upgraded. Most people just sell an item like a tennis bracelet if they want to upgrade.
My point of confusion on that is that if you buy a tennis bracelet with large enough diamonds to be graded (not sure what the floor is for ACAs but I’m thinking in the 30-ish point range), wouldn’t those then be upgradeable? I know the regular stock bracelets with melee size stones would not be.

Sorry, yes, definitely individually graded stones can be upgraded regardless of their setting! However, we've not yet seen anyone with a bracelet of .30ct+ ACAs upgrade! I'd say 99%+ of the bracelets they sell are smaller stones than that!
This will be a dream bracelet! I promise you, I admire your choice of top quality stones. I really hope you'll post the thread on your studs! I think they are a wonderful size, and I honestly think I wouldn't go larger than that myself (although I have banned myself from upgrading again)! So I am 100% in favor of getting the highest color and clarity one desires in the size they love and within budget! I just wanted to be sure you know that!
Thank you Diamondseeker. I appreciate your kind words - they are not needed, but they are appreciated. I've always admired both you and your collection -- classy through and through. We are all lucky to have you on PS. Sending a big virtual hug.
(Sorry OP for the thread jack! Get a bunch of diamond enthusiasts together and we talk about all things sparkly, even when its slightly off topic! )
No worries — I’ve been here off and on for 15 years, so I’m used to it. Great to see nothing’s changed!
