Tennis bracelet with a 4 prong rounded setting

@MissGotRocks I have taken a further look at the bracelet after doing some googling with the special order reference code. The bracelet has diamonds on the sides too, both sides, they are small and I didn’t notice at first. Which explains why I have so many smaller stones in the length.

To my eyes, it appears more like a line of diamonds. Not round, such as from a 3 prong setting. It’s still beautiful, but you do want to be in love with it!

Did Whiteflash say they would bring in that 3rd party setting and set their (Whiteflash's) diamonds in it or did Whiteflash say they would customize one of their current settings to look like that 3rd party setting?

They said they would order in the setting and it would take 3 weeks to set. I did not ask whose diamonds they would be, but assumed they would be theirs if they were setting it?

I think there was a mix-up here...the settings are different, made even more apparent by the fact that there are diamonds on the side - imo that alone would warrant that they redo this for you, you didn't ask for that.

Yes, I can see what has happened and I have sent an email to WF with my concerns.

This is the previous thread about that bracelet setting that I was thinking of - you can see that it was a much larger carat weight than yours. I don’t think the size of diamond has anything to do with it.

Hello lovelies,

Whiteflash has just completed a beautiful custom ACA tennis bracelet for me. I have no doubt that it is beautiful but the setting is really weighing on my mind, as I’m not convinced that it is what I specifically requested… and I’m quite bothered by it.

I will reveal which setting I ordered later… but for now, does this look like a timeless (i.e. whereby the rounder individual stones are visible and appreciable) or classic (i.e. whereby one sees a more continuous line or row of boxier set squarer looking stones) setting to you?

@MissGotRocks thank you. I was reading that thread this morning and I have taken a note of the points raised regarding the settings and prongs. There was also another post with a bracelet with a buttercup setting, that looked interesting.
I have contacted WF and will wait for their response before I do anything further.

It took me a bit to remember the poster but I knew this had been an issue previously. I just don’t think the video matches the finished bracelet. It is misleading and needs to be rectified. There must be several bracelet manufacturers to choose from, and those that prefer the rounded, spaced out diamond look should be given a truer option. Best of luck and please keep us posted!

So sorry for your dissappointment. The team has reviewed your order in detail and it is clear that there were some gaps in communication on our part - specifically not pointing out the side pave and making sure you approved of that.

Becca has identified another style that she thinks check all your boxes and she will be in touch with you on that shortly. You will also be hearing from our logistics folks with a return label and instructions for making an international shipment back to us.

It is important to us that you be fully satisfied with the bracelet. With some additional patience I am confident we can make that happen!

It’s always a worry with being overseas but since finding WF through this forum 7 years ago I have not looked elsewhere for any diamonds.

We have been working on finding suitable settings and I am undecided on these two. I like both, the prong setting on one is not the usual and the basket setting on the other you don’t normally see.
Would anyone have any thoughts? I am going for platinum but it’s easier to see gold against the diamonds for comparison purposes.

Of the two you posted, I think I prefer the first one. I don't care for all the prongs around the diamonds on the second one, but you may really like it. It is so personal so make sure you choose the one you love!

I have the Benjamin setting on my list but had discounted it as it was straight sided and I felt that I needed more of a slanted/curved setting.
Comparing the Benjamin setting with the NSEW setting, the NSEW has 46 stones compared to 49 so maybe more space/air on the NSEW?

Could be the size of the stones or the amount of metal around each to account for the different stone count? Not sure but I would ask.

So @RosieR and LLJsmom got this bracelet setting from Benjamin&Co. They have apparently renumbered their items but I would call them and ask how it compares to their SB871. It was very pretty and you could definitely see the roundness in each stone. I have attached a picture of @RosieR's bracelet. See what you think!

I took a look at the 2 bracelets you mentioned the BR1370 (top one) and SB871 (bottom one) and to my eyes they look one and the same. The photo on one is not as clear but the setting details are the same.
Looks like this one might need to go back on the list…… 5.15ctw with 49 stones.

It would definitely be my pick as well. I like the roundness of the diamonds and the spacing. The bracelet on @RosieR’s wrist looks so nice!
Not sure of the carat weight of her bracelet but I love the look of it!

Yes, I love the roundness and you can see air at the corner curves if you get what I mean!
I was sneaky and tried on a couple of bracelets locally a 3 and 6. The 3 was too small and the 6 I would be very happy with but would be over the budget.

Just my two cents- I like the top option more. I like how it has the same shape appeal that bezels would with a round outline of metal visible, but keeps the diamonds open and free so more sparkle/area. As well, the underside just looks like it would feel more smooth.

I have decided against the bottom one, the lotus setting.
I have snow narrowed it down to these two, I believe the bottom setting withe the regular prong position has been purchased as a rounded bracelet setting.
I do also like the top setting with the NSEW prongs but it is completely different to anything else I have seen.
It’s a real shame there are no top down images.
These are the two that I am going to make a decision on…

Looking at the Benjamin & Co setting vs the one WF can order in, they look exactly the same and have the same product code references.
I prefer the regular prong location in the last two that I have narrowed down.

It’s hard with being overseas and not being able to see the actual product. Even if I purchased this locally, I would most likely struggle to get the rounded look as they are all in line or bezel setting and we won’t mention the clarity they try to sell!

I personally like the top one here bc it has a little halo of metal and it will make the diamonds look bigger. A little added oomph.

It will be a completely new set of stones and bracelet.
Whilst spending a lot of time of google.. I have found the bracelet with gemstones and it’s much easier to see the setting. I feel that this one is the rounded one!

I really like it too.
Now do I decide to go for 7 inch shorten to 6.75 and keep the extra for in the future. That does seem the most sensible choice.
