After staying away from this forum I decided to take a break from diamonds and go back to pearls! Scrolling through all the threads and positive comments (along with gorgeous pics) of the futurefashionista pearls, i took the plunge and ordered a strand.

I wanted a round strand with funky colors, not too large as I plan on wearing a couple of strands at a time (thank you diadiva!) When I saw this one on FF yesterday, I snatched it up. Elana said she had just put up yesterday morning. Glad I didn''t wait!

The pearls are 8.2-11.5mm, round, some blemishes that I''m hoping won''t be too obvious once worn. Can not wait to get these!!

CCL- IT WAS LESS! 25% discount for PS''rs.

I think it''s a pretty good price for round pearls, even if most are smaller than 11mm. At least from the prices I''ve seen here (ny).

Elle, that is a GORGEOUS strand!!! I find that Elana usually under-promises but totally over-delivers. You''re going to love that strand.

I''ve been MIA from the boards coz I started on a new job 3 weeks ago and it''s been tough getting used to working again after a 9 month hiatus. So, I haven''t been stalking E''s site as much as usual. Can''t believe I missed this strand.

Yeah...the money is very welcome but it is really hard to get back into a work routine. Guess I''ll have to console myself with more pearls. LOL....

Gorgeous strand, I love rich range of beautiful soft colors- I think these multi colored are my favorites.

GardenGloves- I LOVE the colors. I was actually looking for a weird pastel multi color strand. Never seen one done in these colors. Should be interesting

I went back on the site looking for a few 11mm tahitians that I was hoping to incorporate into this strand. Couldn''t find anyting that would match the colors.

Does anyone know if you can re-use pearls that are already set into earrings?

You really got an amazing strand, very unique colors. Wish I had seen it, but I ordered from Elana a few days before. Congrats, glad it went to you.

Mine should come this week - silvery grey with pinkish/greenish overtones- it looks very monochromatic, which is great but I love to mix it up with the multi colored baroques in odd shapes. Pearl Paradise has some beautiful multi colored baroques, and I was also very happy with them.. They seem to place the pearls in terms of color very symetrically which I love - very light ones on the sides and middle.

I love the strand you have as is and wouldn''t change a thing. Cannot wait to see pictures!
