awww welcome

D&T~ I have a suggestion to make and I'm not sure this is the right place. Please let me know. I think it would be very helpful if people posting not only included the cut, color, clarity and carat, but also the dimensions of the center stone. I know it would help me--and probably others--who are trying to make a decision about a diamond :read:

I definitely agree, sometimes I try to include the information, but if its not readily available in the first post or I can't skim through quickly, i tend to skip as its time consuming with the new version of PS to pull the photos over and linky :(sad but I'll try to include it more. :halo:

Well, here's the one I just bought for tomorrow's big event :) Its a .91 carat J color, SI1, in palladium. Shot just a few moments ago with my Canon 40D.

I posted mine in Lab Grown Diamonds, under the thread "Which is the right blue for me?".
It's a Fancy Intense Blue, 0.72 Carats, (5.88mm in diameter),
in an Endless Diamond Pave Halo setting from D.NEA Diamonds.

I was going to post it here but just realized I shouldn't, because it's a lab grown diamond.

My first engagement ring is from when he proposed September 2006. It has 14 diamonds totaling over 1 ct all H in color I2 clarity. He purchased it with me at an antique store.

He recently upgraded me to a new engagement ring (since we now have jobs, a home, and will be married in 3 months on January 16, 2011!) as a wedding gift. It is a vintage setting with a princess cut diamond. The diamond is 1.02 ct F in color SI1 clarity. The setting has 26 round cut diamonds totaling .4 ct. It is so sparkly! :) My tastes have changed since looking at all the ring forums and livejournal posts!

I love it! I can't stop obsessing over it lol!
