Lol I'm sure yours is beautiful and looks great too Mine is a halo tho so it's also surrounded by more diamonds(bigger diamonds as well to give a more flower look

The proposal was in our kitchen while I was making coffee. The ring was in a similar (ginormous, microwave oven sized) box as the first gift he ever sent me. Quirky, simple throwback that wasvery much like us! Apparently he had been waiting for me to wake up to find it since 4am, but I was struggling to get out of bed and didn't see the box sitting on my kitchen floor. Yes, I'm pretty oblivious! Lol He gave up and asked, "Babe, what's this mess on the floor?"
I was startled and started saying, "What?!? What mess? We cleaned up last night.......uhhhh....." I statted stuttering when I realized what was going on when I saw him on a knee next to the box that was on the floor.
I didn't let him ask before I blurted out my answer.
And, he had to ask twice because the first time he asked, the ring was still inside the big cardbox! lol
I didn't bother looking at the ring when I said YES for the third time that morning! We hugged for the longest time afterwards until he said, "wait, I have to put this on you to make it official.....you just don't have to say 'yes' again."
When I saw it, I was floored. I certainly didn't expect anything this size (I sure as heck am not complaining, though!)

Sorry for the long winded response. I'm still giggling about the whole thing.
