The inclusions are (gasp) black & gray "snot," right beside but not covered by a prong, at either a little past 8 o''clock or a little before 2 o''clock. (I forgot which way the ring was oriented when I took the photo.) I have to turn the ring sideways and look at the girdle to find the inclusions.

Almost everyone drops a plain band solitaire into an insert ring (ring guard), but sidestones will make it more interesting.

WG baguette setting from a remount show. Stuller Octet head. Has a thin custom shaped plain wedding band to go with it. Diamond is a pale candle light ivory color in this setting. It looks more yellow or even slightly browm when set in yellow gold. It's prettier in white.
