The usual holiday weekend and then back to work stuff. Plus my stomach is NOT happy with me. (too much barbeque sauce & garlic. Okay. And maybe too much pie & cake). My pants agree with the broken scale.

A skinny fat person is someone who is skinny and small but it''s all fat. They have no muscle and definition. It''s why you see a size 4 actress with a saggy butt, cellulite and a muffin top. I''ve been both fat skinny and fit skinny. When I was fat skinny I weighed 120 and I was a size 6. When I was fit skinny I was a size 6 and weighed 135-140.

Yea, I''ve always been a treadmill walker/hiker but it hurts my hips too much now...now I have to do an odd sort of walking paced jog because it keeps my stride short...

It sounds so pretty.

Do you have the Microsoft Picture Manager?
If so, it has a tool that allows you to compress for web page. That seems to work pretty well.

make sure it's a jpg and it's sized under 100kb (or is it 1000?) with a really odd file name. I usually open the pic in paint, hit control W and resize vertical and horizontal by 85% and then 35%.

ETA to clarify, I "Ctl W" once and do 85 and 85 and then do "Ctl W" again at 35 and 35. Save as a jpg and then post.

My knees kill me. Everytime I do a brisk walk or light jog I get the constant cracking noises and then my knees ache for days. Its such a gross sound too.
