Whatcha doing for NYE?

Too true. Too true.

NYE will be spent going out for Happy Hour/Dinner (haven''t decided where yet...will be lowkey whatever it is) and then crashing on the couch watching a movie and then Dick Clark for the Midnight Countdown with a bottle of champagne.

We went all-out last year, and we''ve got a fun date night planned for Saturday, so we just decided to chill for NYE.

Nom Nom!!! I think we''ll probably just go the same place we went last year...Capitol City Brewing Company. They have really yummy beer and until 7 PM have a ton of their Apps for $5. 2-3 Apps it totally enough to fill us up, so we get out of there pretty cheap.

Definitely looking forward to 2010.

HAHA. Houses and puppies definitely make for great years.

I''m *hoping* 2010 is as good as I think it will be...and then it should be topped by 2011. All down hill after that, though.

Ooooo, sunnyd, that sounds AMAZING. A is lactose intolerate but goat cheese doesn''t bother him. We just got a goat brie from Whole Foods the other day that was FABULOUS. I''ll have to keep a look out at TJs for the goat gouda!

He''ll be so excited!!!

I had some amazing brie-like cheese at WF last night but I can''t remember what it was. I''d love to serve it on NYE...

You can probably just go back to the cheese department and ask what they were sampling last night. I''m sure they keep track of that.

The cheese monger that works at my WF is awesome. He always picks the best things to try, and also makes some of his own stuff.

Haha. Some of the stinkiest ones are the tastiest! Ditto on the dark chocolate. Been noshing on a square of 70% dark with some 10 year tawny port a few evenings this week. It''s A''s favorite "dessert".
