WL is the PB because Bia and I are giant compared to you! We are both about the same size, and the bread has to match right?

Yeah... curvy. I couldnt step into my wedding dress because my butt was too big. Had to put it on over my head.

The ONLY reason I know my measurements is because of wedding dress shopping. They lifted up my shirt and measured me right in the middle of the store. Thanks!

Both A and I have enough saved up individually to pay for about 5 months of expenses (including student loans, rent, utilities, car, car insurance, and still some slush for emergencies...so 10 months total between the two of us) and now we're saving up for the honeymoon. I'd also like to start a house fund, and that will probably be done with about half of our current savings when we combine accounts when we get married.

And I'm STILL not comfy with our financials. How's THAT for conservative?! LOL.

ETA: totally agree on the ST GTG. That, my friends, is an emergency.

Out Turkey trip is totally dependent on our bonuses and our tax refund. Who knows if we''ll actually go. If I''m PG by then we''re definitely not going, that $$ is going into savings for mat leave.

Seriously though. I comment because I''ve been there and am struggling to get it all squared away. And it''s not just me, I''ve got DH''s crap to deal with first. Oy the things we do for love. Unfortunately our e-fund last year went towards supporting us while we were both unemployed last winter. Then the house, now we''re back saving as much as possible. I just get so frustrated when people come asking for advice and then get pissed when they don''t hear what they want to hear.

J struck the jackpot w/ me. Divorce paid for my whole life and then some. Having no car payment or credit card debt is the bomb shizzle. J on the other hand still has about 18k in school loans and his truck is about half paid for. I guess at least he has a big savings account.
