I got a call from my best friend last night. Apparently his uncle (also my ex boyfriend of 5 year''s father) was out ice fishing with said ex boyfriend when he fell through the ice. Ex bf could not find him, and they searched for hours yesterday, but suspended the search until this morning.




I don''t know how this could possibly turn into a good situation.

I feel so awful for them. I mean, his family was like my family for 5 years. It''s so awful. I can''t imagine what his wife/Ex''s mom is feeling right now.




I''m so upset for them. Tragic.

Oh elle...

...tragic is the only word for that. Hugs to you and his family.

The worst part is that my friend (his nephew) sent me the article, so THEY probably read those. Don''t people think before the post awful stuff like that? I''ve BEEN ice fishing with them several times and they were always as safe as possible. Pisses me off. They werent a bunch of idiots just tooling around on the ice.

B (my friend) just texted to say they''re all sitting in a room waiting for the call that they found his body. His aunt is hysterical. This is so sad. My heart is breaking for them.

Woohoo Sunny! Those are beautiful! You are so gorgeous. What classic beauty.

I did b-pics after the fact and I LOVED it. So much fun! I highly recommend it. I actually got mine for free (well I paid for make up and a small portion of a hotel room to shoot in) from someone who was advertising on WeddingBee.com. She wanted to build her portfolio and wanted models. Definitely worth the effort to find stuff I was comfortable wearing and primping.

I love holidays where I get the day off and DH has to work. He takes care of the animals before he leaves the house, I get to sleep in, and I get to be lazy all day or do whatever i want!! WOOHOO! I slept like poop last night, I made the mistake of drinking 2 bottles of poweraid zero last night so I was up peeing like 10 times. I''m so thirsty these days! Yesterday we went and started our baby registry at Babies R Us, not so much because we''re thinking of the shower now, but because there''s a ton of stuff to research and I can''t remember it all! But it was fun to shop vicariously with a gun.
