oh and i''m now on day 2 of the cleanse, progress: my mind is still as dirty as when i started. obviously full-body cleansing is false advertising.
took an accidental two day break from the shred (vc it''s this evil work out that i heard about from these lovely ST ladies and for some reason thought it''d be a great thing to try. it''s called jillian michael''s 30 day shred) and as of day 4 i can kinda do push-ups again!

elle- so sorry to hear about that.

thoughts and prayers to his family and you, also could you post a calorie content for that cupcake piccy so i know how much extra i have to burn off today?

Not at all squirrly, not at all!!! I''ve heard of JM''s Shred. Sounds like it''s 32 days for you now.

The only bad thing about my gym being at my office is that my gym is also closed on federal holidays. Looks like I''ll have to bust out a workout vid at home. Maybe pilates? We''ll see.

Oh man, sunny, I totally feel you on the house thing. But A and I flat-out refuse to buy anything without a yard, a garage, and at least 3 bedrooms. You try and find that in the DC Metro area for under $400K. It''s depressing. Friends of ours have bought condos and such in high-rises, and townhouses, but no one really has been able to afford a house house. We don''t want to buy a property in the meantime, because we know we won''t recoup our expenses before we want to move into a forever-home.

Oh my Dad and Brother live in Renton and there are some decent areas down there. Plus it''s close to IKEA and I will go there w/ you at least once per month! In fact I''m going this weekend!

WL, that sounds like fun!!! And a "Marathon Session" is where the photog books a hotel room and then has 5+ photo shoots back to back. So that the cost of the location gets split among all the clients and they only have to worry about one set up, etc. But each person has their own amount of time, so they''re not shooting 2 people at once or something. Just quite a few people in the same span of time.

LOL! Okay, so they''re based in Denver but I think they''re moving to Seattle? Or they did...dunno. They come up here often though just for b-pic marathons. Here''s what happened for me: they gave me a time to show up at the hotel, and as I was arriving a girl was leaving. When I left, another girl showed up, comprende? It was only me and the photogs in the room at the same time. I brought my own stuff.

The album was maybe $50? I had a coupon that I found online. I didn''t really like it though, the pics came out kinda grainy and dark, so I wouldn''t recommend blurb. Snapfish, shutterfly, there''s a buttload of ''make your own album'' places. Their program killed my laptop too because it got too hot.

LOL.

There are decent areas. I''d also love to be closer to southcenter mall too. Despite the risks for gang shootings, the shopping is killer!!

I''d go to the visitation to support your BFF, and in the meantime give your ex your condolences. From that, I''d determine whether or not I should go to the funeral. Any time my best friends lose a loved one, regardless of whether I knew the loved one they lost, I always do my best to support them...whether that''s going to the visitation, or sending a card or flowers...

I think that's a good decision, elle. It's so hard to judge what to do in a situation where you were very close to someone who had someone pass.

I am increadably P.Oed that my sister has gone into BF and my room when we were out, taken some of my jewlery to wear (peices I said she can''t borrow because she dosn''t return things) and then LOST THEM. It may only have been relitivly inexpensive costume jewlery but it was the amazing kind that goes with EVERYTHING and can''t be replaced. No, she''s not 13, she''s almost 24
