Mocha? A friend of mine said if you add a packet of that new VIA instant coffee from starbucks to a brownie mix it''s like the best thing ever. I dont'' see why it wouldn''t work for a cupcakes too....

Haha. There totally is. A made this chocolate cream pie thing last night. So yummy. Oddly, base ingredient of the filling was silken tofu. Couldn''t taste it. It was just yummy and smooth!
