No-Pudge Brownies. You can make them one at a time. Fat free! You just take like 2 tablespoons of mix and 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt. Mix and microwave. DELISH!!! Or get some of those single-serving Betty Crocker Warm Delights. So so so yummy!!!

EASY cupcakes, TP!! I''m a newbie!!

Very easy. Make your basic chocolate cup cake. Pour into pan but STOP at about 1/3 full and stick a blob of ganach in each one before finishing pouring the batter.

Ganache is really easy too. I usually use soy milk. Basically just heat the milk up and stir in the chocolate. If you let it cool for several hours, it is easier to work with (forms a thick chocolate thing that you can spoon out and pat into little blobs).
Just don''t leave it sitting too long in the refrigerator -- it has a way of vanishing.

A recipe:

ganache:
•12 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate (up to 60 percent cacao), finely chopped
•1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Place the chocolate in the medium bowl. Heat the cream in the small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to boil. Immediately pour the cream over the chocolate. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute, then gently whisk until the ganache is completely smooth and blended. If you are using a high-percentage chocolate and the mixture looks broken or curdled at this point, stir in an extra tablespoon or two of cream, just until the mixture smooths out again.
