I agree with everyone. That dress needs a heel. And 2-2.5'' is acceptable. Noticable, but totally acceptable.

jcar...she weighs about the same as me now, but she''s got curves, so I still am the ''fat'' sister since I have no redeeming physical qualities in terms of my body. Or at least that''s what I''ve been told.

My dad (a head hauncho in my company*) talked to the branch manager yesterday and they haven''t hired anyone in 22 months. They''ve sent 7 people up to corporate, where I am. I''m effed and ready to start throwing things.
