ooh lucky! i love townhomes. i am trying to convince e to move into one.

We live in a townhouse now (and have for the past 2 years) but we''re getting an upgrade if you will. It''s a brand new complex, we''re moving into an end unit in the back corner of the property that''s never been lived in. Let me see if I can get pictures...

That''s awesome and kind of sucks all at the same time. At least nobody really keeps tabs on you.

Mine too!

My heads love me, but often I am all by my lonesome. To be honest, I prefer it that way lol. Until I''m a big career woman, I don''t mind.

thats the worse. honestly, i moved from a job like that, to this hell hole. and i wouldn''t change my decision (although i probably would have applied at the Y to begin with, rather than wait)

We''re really excited about moving.

My job is also mindless, but it pays the bills until I finish grad school and can actually enjoy my work. So I''m with Bia, I don''t really mind at this point in time.

Hah, I''m glad you like it. My sister said something along the same lines of trying to find a job in Tampa so she could use our spare bedroom. Hah, I told her she was nuts.

Good morning, ladies! (Said quietly to aud so as not to make the headache worse.)

So, last night I went to the show, and BF and my friend C and I were hanging out and talking to one of the guys in the band (the one BF and I went to college with). So they get the signal that the set needs to start, and they all start walking to the stage. So first one passes us, then another, then another....and I realize something. I have the exact same haircut as half of the band! Awesome. Guess it''s time for a new style, lol.

But it was good seeing them and having fun. Plus I got over my stupid "Oh, I think he hates me," thing about the guy we went to school with. (Seriously, he glared at me once at a party and that convinced me he hated me. Over dramatic, much?) When he saw me he said my name like he was all excited and gave me a HUGE hug. They''re all so freaking adorable.

Also, I found out the gift that BF opted not to do because he didn''t think he was sneaky enough. He was going to get this ring resized for me. It''s a super sentimental piece that I''ve been wanting to wear for ages, and he was going to try to sneak it out of my jewelry box and size it. How cute is that? But then he didn''t want my most sentimental piece to just disappear. Well...now I can''t find it!

I know he didn''t take it because I normally keep it in my purse, so now I''m freaking out. Uggggh. Being disorganized sucks.

Kitchen, this is of a different model than ours. Ours has a double oven in the wall and a glass top range on the counter. Colors are the same though wiht the SS, granite, and and slate floor.

Last one, master bedroom. Every room comes with an accent wall painted, we got the taupe/grey color, not the yellow.

ETA: This is a not our furniture, it's a furnished model.

FI and I are thinking about moving to CT when we are ready to buy a house. Prices there aren''t much cheaper but the taxes are much, much less. Let''s say at some point we can afford a $500K - 700K house, the taxes alone where we are would be about $35,000/yr, maybe more. In CT, it''s about a third of that.

This will be our 3rd place together, we''ve been living together for 3 years already and will celebrate our 4 year anniversary in November. We''re moving on up...

Yikes! That''s scary. CT sounds like the better choice then. This townhouse is a rental, we''re not wanting to buy something until we finish school and find out where the offers are. It''s 2, 511 sq feet, I''m not sure what we''ll do with all the space! We hope to move somewhere up in the North GA, NC, TN, KY ish area when we finish school, I''m sick of the humidity and hot weather here in FL.

It''s sick Elle. Sick. I know a lot of these people are dripping with money, but come on! Talk about exclusive. I don''t even know if I''d want to rasie my kids in a community that is that exlusive. I''m liking Stamford, CT. It''s not a big city but its big enough and it''s close to NYC.
