I succumbed today. Actually, I succumbed twice!

Two pairs of natural silver coloured, AAA, 7.5-8.0 studs are on their way to moi.

I don''t know about the rest of you, but pearls tempt me far more these days than coloured stones. As I sit at home today anxiously awaiting the postman with my Catherine Cardellini pearls (tracking says they''ve already attempted to deliver - phooey!), I just needed a bit of a boost .....

...... for all 4 of my ears!

I got an email from Pearl Outlet today that their November blowout will be on Thursday. The sale will be posted on their site at 10:00 AM PST... Just an advance PSA for all of the pearl lovers on this site. Since I bought a strand of PP''s exotics, I will have to pass on this sale.

Yes, I did see the new exotics. There''s a big buzz about them. I''m sure they are marvellous, but somehow not me. I like my pearls to be in the colour range of purple, grey and white for the most part.

I got that notice too. Half of me is hoping for a grey strand of Akoyas and the other half is hoping they don''t have any.

So, you got the exotics huh! Kind of thought that you might. We shall anxiously await their arrival with you.

I somehow think Tahitians will be my next purchase. We''ll see!

T''was a joke to try and make me sound a little less greedy. TPO only listed 4 pairs and I bought 2. I will probably gift the second pair.

Trouble is, they are not going to go with my 3 strands from CC, so I will need to find something to go with them. Silver grey baroques are what I would really like, so if anyone sees any I would be grateful for a heads up.
