The engagement ring features .03 ACA''s and is a little over 2mm wide (about 2.2mm). The ACA diamonds in the band are .05, so the band is more like 2.5mm wide.

i was thinking about a eternity setting but,i don''t know if they''re comfortable to wear so maybe the 4 stone setting on each side is the way to go.

yeah,i was thinking of doing a setting like Lynn's with her 1.15 ct but i think she prefers a wider band like a 4mm. with (4) 10 pts on each side,would that be too big?

Patty, I am embarrassed to admit this, but I just got tired of the older, wide mounting.

I had a wide ring too. I had it custom-made from my own design, but then I got tired of it after a while. Of course it was several years (about 6) before we ccould do the upgrade and change the setting. So I only wore it occasionally.

Your rings are gorgeous!!!! I really love them together. Like I said before, you may need a warning label before showing them to people, something like....."may cause temporary blindness and diamond envy"

Your diamond deserved a mounting that showcased its beauty and I think the WF mounting compliments it so well. I am glad everything worked out and that in the end you got exactly what you wanted.

It has truly been a pleasure working with you. Your kindness and enthusiasm is always appreciated.
