The ring in the ACA ad at the top of this page

This ring is gorgeous, can this setting actually be purchased? I've never seen it anywhere.

Demantoid is the cadillac of garnets. I believe that's one in Hest's avatar. Very nice stone, and they tend to be very expensive as well.

I've often looked at the picture and thought it was very beautiful. I've never seen it on WF's site which is so odd!!

What Lawgem said. I never thought of them as "Cadillacs" but they can be quite expensive. Hence the "dream." Hence the looong wait. And, truth be told, I'm enamoured with the idea of a textbook-quality horsetail, otherwise I'd settle for a tsavorite.

Mara, I actually did a search on Whiteflash's site once, but that ring was nowhere to be found.

Well, I was very glad Leslie posted pictures. (Thank you, Leslie.) I am still annoyed that I cannot see the ad everyone else seems to have been able to see, however! I see a Good Old Gold ad on this page. I don't think I have a "refresh" button. If I click on the Good Old Gold icon (surprise!) I am taken to Jonathan's website.

Are those of you who once saw the ring on this page still able to see it here?

PS-I like the ring most with the round brilliant, too.

Definitely a gorgeous ring! But I have to hijack the thread and ask about the ring in Whiteflash's other ad on the site - it's the one in the little square ad on the main page - it looks like a RB set in a 4-prong setting with surprise diamonds underneath. The band is concave on the profile of the ring also. Leslie - I hope you can figure out what I'm talking about - it's beautiful! Do you think a regent could be set into it and look nice? I also wonder what it would look like with pear side stones.... hmm...

Thank you, Smooth. I use Netscape Navigator, not IE. I haven't used the F5 or any other F and numbers since I got a computer with a mouse . I now forget what I used to do with them!
