I have been quietly following your dress saga, did not want to intrude because I''m not a bride to be! But I did show my sister your pics and we''ve been complaining and complaining....WHY DID THE VIETNEMESE BODY FAIRY GIVE YOU EVERYTHING???? You''re tall and thin. It''s simply a travesty of nature

It''s funny because when I was reading about your adventures at the ML trunk show, I kept thinking--those are such gorgeous dresses but I really think that Ginger should go with a Reem. Hi girls! Thanks for all your comments...I still get giddy thinking about my dress!! I didn''t take pictures (forgot my camera...bad ginger!) and I was contemplating going back tot he salon today to take pics but i forgot..ITS TAX FREE WEEKEND!

For the non-texans, its a weekend where sales tax is suspended on shool related items -- back packs, clothes, shoes, notebooks, etc...

Now, before when I was younger and had enerygy, this wouldbe exciting but now i am old and the thought of shoving through crowds for lukewarm deals makes me

. Of course bridal gowns are not included but the traffic and parking situation would be yecch.

sorry...maybe next weekend! but my swatches are in! minor excitement

lol...eeryone is posting like its a foregone fact that i''m gonna go take pics in my dress. the biggest thing holding me back (other than my neur final next week

) is that i saw some pics of another girl with that dress and it didn''t fit her and didn''t look good on her -->it''s hard to pin the dress correctly because its backless. for whatever reason, i feel like i want my first pics of me in that dress when ti fits right and i can be sure it''ll look good on me! i spent way too much money on my dress for me to feel "eh" in it. is that dumb?

LOL...I actually went this weekend, camera in hand, MoH by my side -- and they had shipped the dress out to another branch cuz another store needed it for a customer. She said they should have it back this week, so patience! LOL -- that''s what i tell myself!

Congrats on the dress! It''s beautiful, I say that because I ordered the same one! I fell in love with it as soon as I tried it on. I also had the same concerns as you because I saw a picture of the dress on someone and it did not look right. Anyway, I searched and searched and found many pictures of the dress on real brides and it looks gorgeous. I can''t wait to see pics of you in the dress. I don''t have any of myself either and my dress won''t be in until January. So good luck and you will make a beautiful bride!
