Thin band cracked

But it wasn’t explained to my fiancé. I also feel like the jeweler blaming me. He said he never seen this before, looked at me like I was crazy-and from the comments here it should be known warning to customers

i get that it's hard to discourage or turn away a potential sale but the jeweler is the expert they should have advised you if you wanted a thin band here are the risks and make sure you do XYZ to minimize the opportunity to damage it...

those things can be so random too, a move in the wrong direction... better luck w/ the next one and i wouldn't go to that jeweler again!
