Thoughs on this emerald cut diamond

I'm looking for a nice center stone for my girlfriend/fiancee to be.

After searching for hours, visiting a dozen places I feel as if I've gained some valuable knowledge and have an ever so slightly better grasp on what it is I'm looking for.

I was wondering what you all thought of this diamond:

This 1.16 carat diamond has E color, Excellent cut and VVS2 clarity, and features a diamond grading report provided by the GIA.

And perhaps what you think of Zoara as well. I've ready positive things in regards to their business practices and have enjoyed my contact with them thus far.

To me this diamond looks great, is well within my budget... the only thing I worry about is the fluorescence.

Edit. Do they provide ASETs?
No one grades EC's for cut. So the "excellent cut" thing is meaningless.
Pretty stone though. Very high color and clarity. You an safely go to G VS2 if there is a nice one in that range.

If their gemolist says the stone is safe with regard to Fl. then you should be ok. As long as it is not overblue it's fine. As them to check the stone for haziness.
