To be truthful once i discovered banana bread and banana pancakes durring lockdown ive never thrown out a banana since !

I used to freeze old bananas over the years and never get around to making my banana carrot cake
Everytime i cleaned out the freezer id be throwing out frozen bananas
nowdays we have banana pancakes at least once a week
And soft yucky bananas work best
ive even brought spotty bananas !
