And, to add to the cake tips: cocoa powder for a chocolate cake mix sounds perfect, but if you don't happen to have th.at on hand, you can also use a bit of the cake mix. Just make sure you grease and 'flour' the pans before you mix up the batter!

They have such cool flowers.

They got the usual bones and squeaky toys that will last a week.
A coworker's grandmother hand-knitted them little blankets.
Pretty fancy shmancy for dogs.

Kenny, a question about collecting FCD's, they say that with white diamonds, you can only expect to sell for 1/2 of what you paid and the market is not easy to navigate. Is it different for FCD's? Do good specimens of FCD's appreciate in value, and are they any easier to sell? Just wondering.

I'm sorry Danny I don't know the answer.
I have read that FCD prices have been going up consistently every year more than inflation, not like the roller coaster white diamonds have been.

Then again I take everything I read on the Internet with a grain of salt.
You never really know what the interests are of the writers.

The Austrailian Argyle mine is supposed to run out in about 7 years so people think pinks may shoot up after then.
But I think that whole psychology may already have raised today's prices.

As I've said I consider my tiny collection to be part of a diversified portfolio.
If stocks tank these FCDs will still be worth something - even after loosing value the moment they are driven off the lot, like a car.
I have no illusions about making a single dime though.
