yeah, nice to have people do it but as a parent, monitoring my infants‘ BMs was a great way to monitor their health. Granted I have not changed a diaper in 17 years, but it really wasn’t that bad. I guess the nanny goes to the pediatrician visits too for info re feeding and pooping habits.
