blingdiva you are my HERO for finding that SMG ring!! I like how the wedding band is different. I''ve "heard" that her e-ring center stone is a radiant...but it kind of looks like a princess held on the sides instead of the corners. Can you tell blingdiva? I don''t know. Sudden craving for popcorn.

hmm...this photo makes SMG''s prongs look kinda weird. sorry ladies, i''m just a little obsessed with her ring because i thought this is what i wanted my hand to look like. i wanted the mini-sparkles all around a square cut diamond. my almost FI and i ended up choosing a 1.5 carat square radiant and a 3 sided pave setting.

I met SMG and her hubby. I tried to peek at her ring as much as possible. The prongs do sort of wrap around the top of the stone a bit. Her ring was made by Cathy Waterman. A lot of her designs have these types of prongs. I'm pretty sure her stone is a radiant.

Giada, I love that you tried to peek at her ring as much as possible!!!! A true Pricescoper! Thanks for the link. I guess those thorn prongs only work with a bigger stone. Seeing as mine is about 1/2 the size of hers, my "look" won''t be similar at all. I do love those CW rings as wedding bands...it''s a look I''ve been considering for a while.

I know exactly what you mean Giada! Since I don''t have my own to look at yet, my head turns whenever I see a sparkle on anyone''s hands. In the NY subway, at bars, at the theatre, at supermarkets. I''ll stare and try to get a good look at their rings, and then have to turn away quickly so I don''t scare anyone! Haha, it sounds so creepy but I swear I''m not!
