USA Certed, worth the hassle?

Hi all,
I have used PS a number of times over the the years and been able to find great stones at amazing prices.
I'm now looking for two matching stones to set as earrings and found what I'm looking for through USA Certed.
Unfortunately, I'm left wondering whether this business actually exists. I've sent emails, enquired via their web form and even rang and left messages on their phone service but still no response.
Does this company actually exist and is it worth the effort in dealing with them? I have to say its been pretty frustrating so far.

From 2011 but it seems they are legit, just a very low budget operation:

I think they are probably legit but clearly customer service isn't their forte. No reply to emails in over a week and calls not returned. I can only think what it would be like if I did buy and had to try and return or exchange.
Seems like too much of a headache and will look elsewhere.
